• Client Representation - We attend meetings, negotiate or administer contracts, coordinate and manage suppliers, qualify and manage contractors, and provide other project-related services focused on the your project objectives.  Client representation is available for domestic and international clients.
• Supplier Management - Our supplier management services help with the business side of projects.  We develop and implement supplier management programs, point-of-contact procedures, and methods to administer, document and control tasks associated with suppliers.  We also pre-qualify suppliers and create a standardized format to identify supplier data and/or document deliverables.
• Documentation Management - Our documentation management services provide solutions for tracking and delivering critical project documentation deliverables.  We evaluate your needs, present a cost/benefit analysis and either develop a custom documentation management system or help implement one through a third party.  Our services also include documenting procedures for using the system and hands-on training for your staff.
